Newcastle Brewing Ltd is a fantastic craft brewery produced in the North of England. Here is what he has to say about his world of beer.

 

 

Q: How long have you/the brewery been making beer for?

A: 3 years

 

Q: What got you into brewing?

A: Drinking!

 

Q: When you’re not brewing what are your hobbies?

A: Drinking and eating

(I like the order of that answer!)

 

Q: What’s your favourite style of beer?

A: Saison closely followed by IPA

 

Q: If you could only have one of your brews for the rest of your life,
what would it be and why? (I know it’s like picking a favourite
child!)

A: Newcastle IPA, its my favourtite child

 

Q: You are in a supermarket, in the Beer ailse of course, what would you
buy? (your wonderful beer isn’t on sale unfortunately!)

A: Red wine, malbec or shiraz

(I wasn’t expecting that! Nice curve ball answer!)

 

Q: What new flavour combination would you love to try?

A: I’m not sure there are any new flavour combos? some interesting new¬† experimental hops emerging though!

 

Q: What brewery you would like to collaborate with?

A: Preferably onesomewhere hot, maybe Oz (Australia) or Newzeland!
